Dr Jayesh Vazirani is a specialist in cornea and ocular surface disorders. He has trained and worked at globally reputed eye institutes. His areas of interest include complex ocular surface disorders, limbal stem cell transplantation, keratoprosthesis (artificial cornea) surgery as well as lamellar corneal surgeries.
He has many firsts to his credit, including clinical evaluation and refinement of novel techniques of limbal stem cell transplantation and performing novel types of keratoprosthesis (artificial cornea) surgery for the first time in the new state of Andhra Pradesh. (Link to the article)
